Cherry, a multifaceted professional who has honed her skills in various disciplines over the years. As a certified Pilates coach through BASI Pilates U.S, she is well-versed in both mat and full equipment Pilates, having completed the comprehensive program. Additionally, she has undergone intensive reformer training through STOTT Pilates at Merrithew Education.

Cherry’s expertise extends to being an Advanced Personal Trainer in the gym setting as well. She has also trained and competed as a GYROTONIC® Level 1 trainer, specializing in pre and postnatal body care exercises, as well as facial body applications. With a keen focus on body alignment, muscle, and posture improvement, Cherry brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her clients.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Cherry is a dedicated mother to her seven-year-old daughter. Prior to her current roles, she enjoyed a successful career as an active professional dancer, gracing stages alongside various celebrities and singers on world tours. Cherry’s talents have also been recognized through media placements on plat- forms such as TVB, Viu TV, Open TV, and Cosmopolitan HK, showcasing her diverse skill set and passion for wellness and fitness.
