Miu Cheung

Miu, a dedicated movement educator with extensive experience in dance and body awareness. She is a Polestar Pilates Certified Instructor and has completed the GYROTONIC®️ Level 1 Foundation Course. She combines a strong foundation in dance with evidence-based functional training to improve movement quality, posture and body awareness. Miu is actively advancing her GYROTONIC®️ practice while pursuing certification in Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT). Her teaching blends artistic expression with technical precision to help students achieve clearer, safer and more expressive movement.

Miu’s passion for dance began in childhood and she has applied her dance training to a professional career in movement education. She is certified by the Beijing Dance Academy (Chinese Dance Graded Examination) and brings classroom and studio experience in both dance technique and Pilates-based conditioning to her teaching.
