Terms and conditions for joining Ki-netic 2quare

參加Ki-netic 2quare (本公司)的條款及細則 Please read carefully 請仔細閱讀以下條款

1. Fees/ Attendance 費用/出席

a. All fees are payable in advance in the amounts and manner as notified or revised by The Company from time to time.

所有費用要預先繳付，其金額和方式不時由本公司通知和修訂。

b. The Company will issue an official invoice for all payment received.

收訖費用後將會由本公司發出正式收據。c. Clients will be charged according to the current fee structure. (The Company reserves the right to alter any fee structure, fee levels, bonuses, discount and incentive package from time to time without notice)

• All sections in a rehabilitation, studio or group package must be utilized in the package validity period stipulated. The Company will offer no refund, make-up section(s) or any compensation whatsoever for rehabilitation, studio or group sessions not utilized in the package validity period no matter what the reason is for such non-utilization. 在康復、工作室或團體課程套餐中，所有部分必須在套餐有效期內使用。無論不利用套餐有效期內的康復、工作室或團體課程的原因是什麼，公司將不提供退款、補課或任何形式的補償。 
• Clients should attend classes punctually, and The Company shall have noobligation to compensate any clients in any manner for any lost time as resultof late attendance. 學員必須準時上課，而本公司沒有責任因遲到而引致任何形式的時間損失而作出補償。 
• The Company shall have absolute discretion regarding the mode of instruction, including class size. Sessions will only be taught privately and/or semi-privately if they are specifically booked as private and/or semi-private sessions at the appropriate rates. Clients may be required to have completed certain prerequisite sessions and/or training as determined by The Company before being allowed to participate in certain classes.t 公司對於教學方式，包括班級規模，擁有絕對的自主權。只有在以私人或半私人的形式預訂並以適當的價格支付的情況下，課程才會以私人或半私人的方式進行教授或監督。在被允許參加某些課程之前，客戶可能需要完成公司確定 的特定預備課程或培訓。

g. The Company, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right to prevent the participation of any person or persons in any of its exercise programs/sessions.

本公司擁有絕對的決定權，保留阻止任何單獨人士，兩個或以上人士參與其練習計劃/課堂的權利。

h. Clients may not cancel a pre-booked session on the grounds that the instructor for that session is not as anticipated by the clients, and The Company reserves the right to designate any of its instructors for any session without prior notice. 客戶不能以預訂的課程指派的教練與客戶預期不符為理由取消預訂的課程，公司保留在任何課程中指派任何教練的權利，且無需提前通知。不能因導師的關係而取消經已預訂之課程，本公司將保留為任任何老師於任何課程的權利而 不作預先通知。

2. Booking 預訂

a. Any client who is unable to attend a pre-booked session, for any reason whatsoever (including ill-health), must give at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. In the case of a session booked for Monday

or a day following a public holiday, cancellation notice must be given no later than the business day closest to the day on which the session is scheduled to be cancelled. Otherwise, the client will be fully charged for that particular session. 任何客戶如因任何原因(包括疾病)無法參加預訂的課程，必須提前至少24小時通知取消(對於預訂在星期一或公眾假期後的課程，取消通知必須在最接近取消日期的工作日內提前通知)，否則客戶將完全支付該特定課程的費用。

b. Drop-in sessions are allowed subject to the absolute discretion of The Company.

學員可在中途自由參與課堂，但本公司擁有最終的決定權。

c. The Company reserves the right to cancel any session or any part thereof due to an emergency, weather conditions, or any unexpected or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the client shall not be entitled to any refund or cash compensation. 3. Safety 安全

As with any exercise program, individuals respond differently to Ki-netic 2quare methods or programs. Therefore, no representation or warranty is made regarding the results or benefits of any such

The undersigned joins The Company and participates in all training programs and sessions entirely at his/her own risk and discretion, without relying whatsoever on any statements or representations made by any person or party. The undersigned will not hold The Company and/or Star Oasis Holdings Ltd, or any of its instructors, directors, shareholders, employees, apprentices, student teachers, independent contractors, landlords,

GENERAL 一般事項

The Company may from time to time waive/amend, at its absolute discretion, any of the above mentioned Terms and Conditions. Such waiving/amendments shall not constitute a precedent for future demands for similar waiving/ amendments and will in no way prejudice The Company’s right to apply any of the Terms and Conditions as set out above. 本公司有權不時對上述條款進行刪除或修改，而該項刪除或修改不會對日後的需求構成先例。

Where there is a discrepancy between the Chinese and English, the English version will prevail.
